Who we are
Dugout AI Ltd (company number 16821108), 2nd Floor College House, 17 King Edwards Road, Ruislip, London, HA4 7AE ("Dugout AI", "we") is the controller of personal data collected through this website. Contact us via mikethesnlf@gmail.com.
What we collect
- Enquiries: your name, email address, and optionally your phone number, organisation and message, plus the page you enquired from and the date.
- Team accounts: for staff who log in to manage the website: name, email address and login activity.
- Technical data: our server records basic request logs (such as IP address and browser) for security. We store a one-way hash of your IP address with enquiries to prevent spam.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and provide what you asked for (legitimate interests, and steps before entering a contract).
- To keep the website secure and prevent abuse (legitimate interests).
We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for marketing unless you ask us to.
Who we share it with
- Partner referrals: if you enquire about a partner (for example Pulse Water or Joma), we pass your enquiry to that partner so they can respond.
- Service providers: our hosting provider and, if we connect one, our customer relationship management (CRM) system, acting on our instructions.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless we go on to work together, in which case we keep records as long as needed for that relationship and our legal obligations.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict how we use it, or ask for a copy. Contact us via mikethesnlf@gmail.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
YouTube videos
Videos are embedded using YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode and only load when you press play. YouTube (Google) then processes data under its own privacy policy.
